We have 17 plus years of experience in representing clients in complex international arbitration in many different jurisdictions, including proceedings that involved an ICC jurisdiction precedent concerning the question of the applicable law on the capacity of an agreement signatory under article 6 of the ICC Rules, 2010 and a USD 250 Million dispute concerning a cement production plant which resulted in an award in favor of our clients. We represent and provide expert legal opinions to our clients in arbitrations under the UNCITRAL rules, ad-hoc arbitrations and arbitrations administered by regional and international arbitration centers including:

Mediation

We have a track records of clients’ representations in negotiations, mediations and amicable and out of court settlement of complex disputes. We Succeeded in reaching fair and amicable out-of-court settlements of insurance and aircraft ownership and possession disputes that involved amounts ranging from six-digit to seven-digit sums in US dollars. We offer our clients our aggressive negotiation skills, our personalized attention to details and our understanding of when and how to make a lenient approach to get their disputes resolved the shortest and the cheapest way.
